Each member of our team contributes uniquely to ensure the success of our programmes, benefiting those in need. Without them we wouldn’t achieve the things we do and are very grateful for their commitment and dedication to their roles. 

Healthier Heroes offers a wide range of services; including housing for the homeless, tenancy sustainment, addiction recovery, mental health support, family engagement, Prison in reach and community outreach support. We also provide access to 3 Armed Forces and family community Hubs across Lancashire.    

Our dedicated staff across all our housing projects, Outreach Support Team, MH Intervention Team, and Evening and Night Concierge Team work tirelessly to provide critical services such as community outreach, therapy sessions, education and employment support, crisis services, and more.
